Return Policy

Here at ‘The Lawn’ we would like you to love your new purchase, however if you have any issues
with the product please contact us.

If the item you have received is faulty, please email us or call us so we can assist you.

Deliveries

​

Deliveries are only made in Malta (for deliveries in Gozo please contact Arkadia Home Department Level 2)

 

There is no delivery charge for orders over €50; for orders less than €50, the delivery charge is
€5.

Deliveries are all done within 3-4 working days. We will always try our best to deliver your items as soon as possible.

Tax

All prices on-site are inclusive of VAT.

Damages

​

All items are checked prior to the delivery being made for any damages. Items should still be
checked upon delivery to report any damages. Items cannot be accepted as damaged at a later date.

 

Forms of Payment

 

Orders must be paid in cash or cheque upon delivery or through the BOV app (99009009) or Revolut (99299459) before delivery. Cards are not currently supported.
